We’ve all heard that we should set goals. So we set goals, but we’re not even sure why we’re setting them other than someone said we should. Without goals, our life is busy filled with activity but there’s no clear direction or focus. Our calendars get filled up with so many entries, and there’s no good determining factor to determine what should or shouldn’t be on our calendar.

If you have plans without goals, you’re just being busy. If you have goals and no plans, you are just dreaming.
