When growing up, men were often told that strong emotions are too much. Anger is not ok. Exuberance is too loud. They learn they need to be strong and tough. So men learn to put on a persona. They project the “me people want to see” instead of the “real me.”
As a result, many men feel isolated and alone. They have a sense that no one really gets them. Relationships stay at a surface level.
On today’s show, we are bringing back “Unchained Men”, a group of guys who are helping men come back to life, making good men great, and helping men regain purpose, passion, and meaning. We’ll be talking about how to become more vulnerable and have deeper relationships.
